Our tag connects to both Apple’s and Google’s networks simultaneously. This means its location updates automatically when an Apple device is nearby, and its location updates as well when Android phones are nearby. You can view its location in the app.

This is a key advantage over other "dual-system" tags, which cannot run on both networks at the same time. Those devices on the market are usually limited to just one network: if paired with an iPhone, they only update via Apple’s network; if paired with an Android phone, they only update via Google’s network. Switching between them typically requires a factory reset.

With our tag, both networks remain active at all times. There are no network limitations—it’s not restricted to just Apple-only or Google-only networks—giving you far more frequent location updates and more reliable real-world tracking.
